As CMO, you will oversee numerous aspects of strategic planning and business modeling.
Key responsibilities include developing the brand identity, image, industry positioning, , strategic marketing plan for our existing products as well as determining direction for new product development. Able to launch an aggressive and targeted branding and marketing communications campaign to create awareness of our website, OneGuide.com.
You will direct all policies, practice and strategy in the division, including the development and implementation of both short and long term sales and marketing plans. Identifying/defining new joint business opportunities with partners, coordinate marketing and sales activities between the partner organizations and EMP.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have the following key attributes-
Candidate must be able to adapt to a quickly changing marketplace by focusing on core competencies, addressing and anticipating competition, and the ability to identify emerging markets by developing strategies along with CEO and Board of Directors to effectively put plans into action.
Keeps abreast of market response to all advertising, merchandising, packaging and sales campaigns, adjusting and fine-tuning as required to meet the ever changing needs of the customer.
Accountable for overall profitability, revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Candidate with previous experience and existing relationships in e-business is preferred. International marketing experience is strongly desired.
The successful candidate will encompass excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability. Has a strong communication skill in technical and business areas.
