Reporting to the President and Board of Directors, you will play a key role in controlling the operations of a regional office and managing relations with investors, bankers, venture capitalists, external vendors and strategic partners.
Key responsibilities include conceptualizing, structuring and implementing the required e-business strategies and develop strategic alliances with business and technology partners as well as planning and directing activities to achieve financial and operational objectives.
You will have the autonomy for hiring a team to assist you in setting-up and managing the regional office operations.
Responsible in spearheading and strengthening our presence globally and forming strategic alliances. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have the following key attributes-
Prior management experience and existing relationships in e-business.
Experience in leading a company through an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
Experience in handling full profit & loss responsibilities.
Ability to provide leadership to a diverse group of people and ability to establish corporate visions and lead the company to achieve it.
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and to function well under pressure.
Experience formulating objectives, standards, and procedures.
Knowledge of negotiation and administration of contracts and legal aspects of a corporation.
Working knowledge and experience developing budgets and using cost control techniques.
Sharp sense of commercial/business acumen, excellent networking and interpersonal skills and result-oriented.
