The legal counsel will provide advisory services on a variety of legal matters to the business units. The individual will also work closely with the Corporate Finance Division in advising and vetting contracts /agreements and advise on rights in the event of any disputes.Finally, the Legal Counsel will provide general corporate and secretarial services.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Candidates should possess LLB (Hons) degree or its equivalent.1-2 years' experience as a Legal Counsel in a service industry (preferably IT or management consultancy).
· Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently.
