The Corporate Finance Planner will be responsible for identifying and meeting potential investors and clients. The individual will also have to perform industry and company research, analyse financial documents and make company visits. Other responsibilities include assisting in evaluating and negotiating acquisitions, equity partnerships and other strategic relationships for domestic and international operations as well as analyze various business segments of the Internet, review business plans, and develop financial models and support regional corporate development activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Candidates should possess relevant university degree with at least 3 years of relevant job experience.
· Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Abreast with current economic and financial environments.
· Have strong commercial acumen and good foundation in financial analysis.
· Interested in the Internet and Media Industry.
