3.Pre-requisites:
1.Degree in multimedia/computer science/computer software/engineering or equivalent
2.At least 2 years leadership experience in multimedia/video productions
3.Good knowledge and hands-on experience of SMILE, HTML. XML, and Java script
4.Expert knowledge of Macromedia Director
5.Knowledge of Macromedia Flash, Shockwave, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Premier
6.Familiarity with video productions an advantage
7.Mature individual with strong interpersonal, communications and team building skills
8.Ability to lead and motivate project members to attain professional levels of quality and productivity
