Responsibilities
- Sell services to the targeted accounts
- Demand creation of new services
- Business planning and market assessment for new services
- Identify target market and accounts for sales of new services
- Responsible for the selling cycle from identifying market and customers, qualifying customers, sales strategy, provide market pricing needs, in-depth understanding market and customer needs, proposal and closing
- Proactively grow new business in existing accounts and new markets
- Constantly keeps abreast of the market trends of the service industry
- Work closely with Service Director to ensure service offers sold are delivered profitably
- Work closely with other Business Units Directors to package service with solution offers
- Develop and grow third party alliance and service partner alliance for service opportunities
- Maintenance of products and solutions
- Operations Services Management
- Technology Services and Support
- Help Desk
Requirements
- At least 5 years sales experience in the service industry
- Aggressive, resourceful and creative in sales approach
- Results oriented and passion for business growth
- Has business relationship with senior customer management, preferably in the banking industry
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
