Responsibilities
- Manage the division’s sales order processing function and ensure the smooth and timely processing of all inbound sales orders from the various sales distribution channels.
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Order Processing Officers to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Resolve day to day operational issues with relevant departments to close service gaps.
- Respond to/resolve complaints within an established time frame and procedures to customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with Marketing to implement new tariffs, promotions, services and products.

Requirements
- Applicant should be a Degree holder with at least a year of relevant experience.
