Responsibilities
- Negotiating performance level commitments
- Negotiating measurement parameters
- Validating and coordinating performance level requirements
- Analyzing overall performance level measurements
- Identifying areas of concern and making recommendations to resolve the issue
- Overseeing the Service Level Performance data collection and reporting process
- Be the focal point for all service level performance reporting
Requirements
- 4-5 years work experience in IT or telecommunications industry
- Degree in computer engineering or relevant field discipline
- Experience in working with Multinational Customers
- Good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate skills in the area of Process Quality Management and Improvement
