Responsibilities
- Negotiating contracts with the outsourcing provider, and overseeing the management of the project implementation.
- After the networks are in service, this position will transfer responsibility for performance monitoring to the Quality Assurance/SLA Manager.
- In co-operation with the vendor’s project management staff, the incumbent will have principal responsibility for satisfying the client Business Units in both responding to their networking business requirements and in delivering top quality service over the life of the Outsourcing Agreement
Requirements
- A degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, telecommunication engineering or related discipline
- Working experience of 6-7 years in a telecommunication industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good negotiation and organisation skills
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the areas of performance management and statistical process control are preferred
