Requirements :
- Degree holder with at least 6 to 8 years of experience
- Required to manage 4 supervisors and a team of up to 60 Help-desk operators
- Good people management skills
- Prior experience in call center operations in banking, logistics, freight-forwarding industries an advantage
- Successful candidate must have an exemplary record of customer focus and exhibit a sense of urgency in handling customer issues
- Experience with handling order processing, hotline, customer complaints and billing systems in a helpdesk / call center environment and advantage
