* Strong command of C / C ++ in Win32 environment since our development tools are mostly Microsoft Visual C++ 4.x or 5.x
* Must be proficient with COM (implementation of COM must be able to be performed at C++ level directly without the use of MFC or ATL)
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Visual Basic,
* Knowledge of ODBC and database skills
* Experience in creating OLEDB data providers and integration of text-searching capabilities
* Preferably have working experience of 3-4 years
* Educational background in Computer science
* Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills with a high level of sensitivity to the needs of others (customer-oriented)
* Desire to work as a member of a team in a dynamic technical support environment
