* Understanding of SQL Server database in depth (Microsoft SQL Server knowledge)
* Have some knowledge on SQL Server programming
* Understand Windows NT Server (in depth)
* Preferably have working experiences of 2-3 years
* Educational background in Computer science
* Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills with a high level of sensitivity to the needs of others (customer-oriented)
* Desire to work as a member of a team in a dynamic technical support environment
