This is a contract position for a duration for 6 months to 1 year. To be station in Brunei
Requirements :
- about 5 yrs exp in programming / system design with MS-Access, MS-Excel, Powerbuilder 5.0 and Oracle databases
- project management skills
- good interpersonal skills
- proven ability to work thoroughly and persistently with a mixed audience of managers, users and IT staff
