After my National Service, for 1 year 8 months
(November 1994 to July 1996), I worked as an Assistant
Engineer in Ever Technologies Pte Ltd. My area of
responsibility includes developing, trouble-shooting
and commissioning new machinery, modifying PLC
programmes and conducting training modules for
overseas engineers.
During my stay in the company, I had successfully
accomplish all the tasks under a very pressurising
environment. Due to great demand for new machines, I
worked late during weekdays and weekends in order to
meet deadlines.
I was also given the opportunity to travel to Silicon
Valley in San Francisco, South Korea, Taiwan, Penang
and Kuala Lumpur.
As for upgrading to a higher level of education, I
supported myself throughout the whole course. In United
Kingdom, I studied very hard and finally receive a
First Class Honours from UMIST.
Above all mentioned, I am a hardworking, sociable
and responsible person. I strongly believe that I can
undertake any tasks given to me with pride and integrity.
