Our client, a local startup IT company funded by venture capital companies and with substantial NSTB grants seeks an experienced Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
.Plan and manage multiple projects with different delivery schedules.
.Effectively manage resources allocated to the projects.
.Maintain proper project documentation.
.Coordinate with external at partners and suppliers.
.Liaise and work closely with marketing to define and prioritize projects.
Requirements:
.Minimum 3 years of whole product life cycle project management experience.
.Good knowledge of software engineering process and methodology a must.
.Development experience in Microsoft Visual C++ and Win32 API a plus.
.Must be fluent in both English and Chinese.
.Working knowledge of Cantonese and Japanese a plus.
.Experience in multi-cultural working environments preferred.
