Major Areas of Responsibilities
- To provide advanced OS/Application technical support to various crucial business accounts, giving both proactive and reactive support to customers.
- To provide technical consultation and sharing of best practices will be part of the job.
- To create statements of work (SOW) for client proposals and subcontractors agreements
- To present solutions to customers and understand customers needs and concerns
- To develop and plan IT services operations, processes, financials, labour and skills requirements
- To develop and plan deployment and implementation services on Microsoft architectural platform such as Windows 2003, SQL, .Net web services, and MS Exchange.
- To perform effective project planning and compression
- To provide technical leadership focused on the Citrix platform and perform tasks for projects related to infrastructure.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field with min 3 years experience in the IT/vendor industry. Candidates with more years of experience will be hired at a more senior level.
- Competent in Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows NT, Microsoft SQL 7 and above, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 and above
Microsoft SMS 2.0
- Good hands-on experience in Citrix - Metaframe XP Server, NFuse, Secure Gateway, Installation Management Services, Resource Management Services, Packager.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP.
- Good analysis and problem determination skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
