The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the development and growth of
Singapore, Malaysia and other territories. We do not sell direct and thus rely on our Regional Sales Manager
to manage and develop the proper Channel Partners required to grow business in each territory.
The TM will:
·Develop and maintain the proper Channel Partners required to effectively cover the assigned
territory.
·Work with the two+ tier channel partners to help them be successful
·Coordinate with Technical Services group for complex installation or support requirements
·Excel at all stages of the sales cycle
·Must be adept with technology and able to operate independently
·Identify and open new Channel Partners and assist existing partners to sell by presenting and
conducting demonstrations of Redline products
Requirements:
·Candidate must have 10+ years of technology sales experience in telecommunications
and/or RF systems
·Experience in start-up company environment.
·A proven track record with direct and channel sales is essential.
·Very good understanding of networking, internetworking and telecommunications.
·Self-driven, and often self-sufficient, the TM's have fairly large territories and have to be ready to travel.
·Experienced and skilled at managing Channel partners and Channel Situations
·Possess superior skill in value/consultative selling
·Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, formal sales training
Pay is a base of 80K and total compensation 160K. The company provides, of course, a plethora of benefits.
