Requirements:
1) Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2) At least 3 years of relevant IT working experience with QA roles.
3) Must have Quality Assurance experience with CMM practice (especially Audit and Assessment).
4) Good CMM implementation experience on large software development project.
5) Software / Application development background preferred.
6) Good communication, inter-personal and written skills.
7) A team player, as well as, able to work independently.
Job Scope:
1) Develop and document QA standards for IT/IS according to CMM implementations.
2) Make recommendations to the management on the QA policies and standards to be adopted.
3) Audit and assess all IT related projects (including security) according to the QA standards.
4) Ensure that all IT related projects adhere to CMM implementations adopted by the company.
5) Reporting of QA findings.
