Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
(1) Diploma / Degree Level in Computer Science or its equivalent.
(2) At least 1-2 years working experience in IT industry specialized in Lotus Domino Servers Administration.
(3) Extensive knowledge in Lotus Notes / Domino (Release 4 and 5)
(4) Good understanding and experience on installation, configuration and maintenance of Domino Servers
(5) Must Able to program in Lotus Scription.
(6) Those with programming experience in Notes Platforms are of added advantage.
(7) Have strong tasks and time management skills.
(8) Resourceful team player with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
(9) Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
(10) Practical problem solving skills and good troubleshooting skills in a timely manner.
(11) Be able to work well with other people in a team-oriented environment.
(12) Desire to learn new things and ability to train end users patiently.
(13) Must be well organized with excellent documentation skills
(14) An Certified Lotus Professional certification would be desirable
Job Duties:
The Administrator is required to install, configures as well as trouble-shoot in Lotus Notes / Domino Servers Release 4 and 5. Capable of installing, configuring and maintaining the systems. Should have sufficient knowledge in Lotus scripting and basic programming. Able to perform capacity planning, design and implementation of new server requirements, or server reduction initiatives.
