* A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field
* The Candidate shall be proficient in process management, software review and audit procedures.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Proactive problem solver and meticulous with an eye for detail, the candidate should appreciate the vital role the SQA plays in the Company
* Should have good exposure in SQA, knowledge of CMMi/ISO, Six Sigma
* Hands on experience in CMMi Level 3 certification is a pre-requisite. Experience in CMMi Level 4 or 5 Certifications would be a definite advantage.
* Insurance experience (business and/or systems) is highly desirable
* Citizen of Malaysia
