Job Scope:
To provide hardware support in communications to existing customers.
To be involved in pre & post sales and provide training.
Requirements:
Experience in implementing and supporting communication-based hardware with telecommunication companies in a professional consulting practice, eg systems integration, configurations, administration and networking. Functional understanding of telephony infrastructure elements and protocols (switches, routers) plus computer architectures (mini and mainframe). Understanding of Intelligent Network and Digital Hierarchy network architectures.
Training:
6 - 8 months of training based in Latin America
