Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent.
· 1 to 2 years experience, fresh diploma holders will also be considered.
· Experienced in User ID Administration in one or more of the following platforms like Windows NT, Windows 2000 Server, UNIX and/or AS/400.
· Willing to undertake administrative duties if required.
· Have strong tasks and time management skills
· Resourceful team player with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
· Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Be able to work well with other people in a team-oriented environment.
· Must be well organized with excellent documentation skills.
Job Duties:
The IT Security Administrator is required to perform basic systems’ administrations on the above-mentioned platforms. You must have experience in User ID administration, setting of security policies and assigning access rights to users. Other duties include problem resolution over the phone and on-site user support. Administrative duties include documentation on security standards and related procedures.
