MAIN JOB PURPOSE: To support the and offices in its daily operations and set standards and policies to ensure the Operations Department meets the sales and expense targets.
To develop and implement strategic plans to maximize profitability.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To lead and motivate the Operations team to ensure the smooth running and productive operation in all restaurants.
2. To maintain and ensure all restaurants meet the Company QSC standard.
3. To ensure all restaurants provide highest quality of food and service to customers.
4. To forecast and develop market opportunities.
5. To improve all operational procedures and standardize management.
6. To cultivate team spirit and ensure operations staff to understand their commitments.
7. To enforce company policy and procedure.
8. To conduct effective performance evaluation and ensure effective manpower planning, and responsible for individual staff career development.
9. To train subordinates’ management skill and target achievement.
10. To assist in the recruitment for the operations staff.
SUPERVISES: Local line managers, area managers and front line restaurant staff.
