MBA Program - Next Generation of Senior Managers, Financial Services
Our Client: A prominent and established international financial services organisation is seeking outstanding MBA / MSc qualified executives aged between 27 and 33 to join their 3 year senior management development program. This program is work project based and involves rotating the 'next executives' through different streams of the organisation. You will join as a full time employee, but will be challenged to prove your senior management capability over the 3 year program.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
· Be MBA / MSc qualified with an outstanding record of academic success.
· A minimum of 5 years corporate experience, including 3 years within a Banking, Finance or Consulting organisation.
· Can demonstrate outstanding career success to date.
· Speak and write fluently in English and one significant Asian language, eg. Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian and Malay
· Be willing to be based in Hong Kong.
