Experience & Skills :
A Good Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
Strong technical skills on Siebel CRM (especially EAI) is a must (ie. Hands-on Siebel configuration), with some experience on EIM.
Experience on Unix/NT platform, C/C++ / Java / ASP and Oracle/MS SQL Server will be beneficial.
Knowledge in Silverlake banking system, Reporting Tools (eg. Business & Crystal Report) is also beneficial.
Exposure in a Call Centre environment is required.
Strong tasks and time management skills.
Able to work as a team and independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
