Experience & Skills :
A Good Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in application development with at least 2 to 3 Full SDLC exposure.
Experience in any of the following areas will be beneficial : Business Intelligence, Billing, eMarketing, CTI Integration, Sales, Marketing, Customer Scorecard or Telemarketing.
Strong technical skills on products such as Siebel, Vantive or Clarify will be required.
Strong Unix/NT platform, C/C++/VB/Java, EAI and Oracle/MS SQL Server skills required.
Possess good project management, team leading and problem solving skills.
Strong tasks and time management skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Duties :
To participate in CRM related implementations. Those with at least 5 years of relevant experience shall be required to lead and manage the resources of internal organisation and service providers for the successful implementation of business solutions.
