Summary of qualifications
My duties with Culligan Water were everything from A to Z. I was the operations manager for 53 employees and controlled operation and fleet costs.
I was exposed to virtually all aspects of water purification and became a major resource for corporate represented setup and troubleshooting around the world.
Present Status
I originally came to Manila as a consultant in 1996 for a Mr. Morris Carpo. He, as an entrepreneur, had intentions to develop a chain similar to that of Aqua Vida. I was here in Manila for six weeks in order to evaluate the feasibility of the same. During my brief stay, Mr. Carpo suggested a partnership in this venture that sounded lucrative enough for me to leave Culligan. The business never materialized due to the financial crisis that struck South East Asia at the same time.
I was determined to stay in the Philippines and elected to move to Cebu and start a couple of small water refilling stores. After nearly a couple years, I wanted to exercise more of my potential, thus moved back to Manila and reconnected with Morris Carpo. Just as we developed the first store with five more in the works, Mr. Carpo joined our Lord. This brings me to my present status of determining which direction is best for me. I am a strong leader with the intent of obtaining goals quickly with a cost effective method. Preference would be a location in Metro Manila but open to discussion. My intent is to eventually retire in the Philippines.
