ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
§ Engineered Foreclosure Review and Reporting program. This program automated reporting to our various investors. Validity of data is checked before transmission to investors. Reporting is done by a combination of printed reports, electronic transmissions, and faxes.

Reported to the head of the Liquidations Division and was responsible for obtaining data from Countrywide’s various computer systems, running ad hoc reports and SQL queries, and providing assistance to employees of the division in using computer equipment.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
§ Engineered REO Management System. This program, written in Microsoft Foxpro, tracks the servicing of real estate owned, including filing of mortgage insurance and investor claims, and selling of properties owned directly by Countrywide.

Maintained and modified two Clipper 5.01 programs, one for keeping track of Contract Deliverables, and one for generating government and DD Forms. These programs both use the optional Nantucket Tools function package as well as standard Clipper. Procured ADP equipment for government customers. Performed additional programming duties as assigned. Obtained security clearance.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
§ Engineered Automated Forms program. The program includes network capability, mouse support, pull-down menus and context-sensitive help. Mouse support was added by extensive modification of third-party mouse functions to make them compatible with Nantucket Tools II
§ Upgraded a complex Contract Deliverables tracking program from Clipper Summer '87 to Clipper 5.01 after senior programmers said it was too difficult to do. Maintained and modified the program.

Using an in-house language, created tax forms for the company's tax-preparing software. This included recreating a facsimile of the form graphically and encoding the mathematical computations per written specifications.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
§ Developed a special spreadsheet which automatically computes coordinates for a form.
§ Developed a method to spell-check text to be entered on a form.
§ Developed a method to correctly display graphics in both printed forms and on-screen forms.
