I was involved in the systems design, development, and implementation of the Employees Leaves Monitoring System (ELMS) for the Human Resources Department of the firm. The ELMS is a system which keeps track of the different leaves (vacation leave, sick leave, maternity leave, etc) available to and consumed by the employee. The system is designed to interface with the Firm’s Payroll System relative to the excess leaves incurred by the employees. The system was developed using client-server architecture. The system was developed using Delphi 3.0, Microsoft Sequel Server 6.5, and Crystal Reports 5.
