Mr. Raul Taguiam (pronounced TA-GI'-YAM) has over seventeen years of highly
technical experience. He began his career in computers as a hardware
engineer testing and maintaining computer units and peripherals such as Data
General, Compugraphic, and Tektronix equipment. He gradually expanded his
skills to become competent in network and system software support,
specifically for Windows NT, Windows 95, and Lotus Notes technical

As a Technical Support Engineer, Mr. Taguiam was responsible for

Tektronix color printers and oscilloscopes, and Acer PC's and servers.
As Network Administrator, he provided installation and support for
the local corporate LAN running on Windows NT3.51, and serving 48 users
through token ring connections.
As Technical Supervisor, he supervised the installation and
commissioning of local area networks for customers, provided subject matter
expertise and mentoring to technicians in all the company's branches,
assisted in sales and marketing demos, and conducted technical training
seminars for technical staff on installation and usage of new products that
included Windows 95, Windows NT4, and MS Office.

Mr. Taguiam was responsible for service maintenance of various computer

Data General Philippines is a subsidiary of the US mini-computer
manufacturer, Data General Corporation. As a Computer Test Engineer and
Supervisor, Mr. Taguiam was responsible for testing and servicing DG

on digital computer fundamentals and advanced digital/analog
troubleshooting.

PNR provides train transportation services across the Philippines. As a
Communications Engineer for the organization, Mr. Taguiam was responsible
for supervising the installation of open wire circuits and the maintenance
