Duties and Responsibilities:

2. Identifies, analysis and determines staffing needs in his assigned unit
3. Assists with the development or revision and completion of applicable policy procedures and standards in his unit.
4. Determines and requisitions equipment's, supplies and materials needed in his unit.
5. For continuing education and makes the necessary recommendation.
Directing
1. Assists in the interpretation/implementation and upgrading (if necessary) the standard operating procedures and policies in his unit.
2. Fosters good interpersonal relationship among his subordinates.
3. Assists personnel in his unit in the performance of their duties in the attainment of their optimum level of affectivity and efficiency.
4. Assumes responsibility for his staff and subordinates.

such as General Obstetric-Gynecologic Surgery, Orthopedic, Urology, Neurosurgery and Plastic Surgery.
During the clinical exposure major emphasis was done on
Primary Nursing, Medicine Nursing, Charge Nursing and Staff Nursing. These experiences were done in the following areas: Medical-Surgical Unit, Obstetric-Gynecologic Unit, Pediatric Unit and Intensive Care Unit.
Emergency Room Nurse
1. Provide first aid treatment to those who need immediate attention and care before referring to specific area of treatment.
2. Provide accommodation of patients who need to be place under short-term observation.
3. Provide initial care and accommodation for emergency patients who cannot be admitted due to lack of vacancy in the ward.
4. Perform emergency nursing procedure in a skillful and technically safe manner to ensure the maximum safety and comfort of the patient.

1. Receives, endorses work from/ to co-course in writing, stating procedure, test to be done and checking ward equipment's and supplies if complete functioning properly.
