Site Activities
Actioning RFA’s as directed by Engineer. Registering all relevant data on RFA regarding labour and plan usage. Supervision of local and expat labour. And liaisons with surveyors to ensure all levels and set out points are accurate. Fulfillment of remedial works as directed by Engineer. Full records of resources utilized must be kept. Handing over areas to JSSC as directed by Engineer. Taking photographs of the handover area. Taking photographic records of any unusual occurrences, problems and safety offences.
Quality Monitoring
Ensuring the work is proceeding in accordance with the Method Statements, Inspection, Test Plans and Specifications. Monitor the quality of the installations. Check material deliveries to site for any damage. Attending all relevant inspections as per RFI(with MTRC inspectors as necessary).
Technical and quality response to structural steelwork, secondary steelwork cladding and curtain walling. Liase with client and sub-contractor by giving technical advice.
