Analyze casting defects and implement countermeasures plan and standardization. Design heat treatment processes for both new products and rework castings. Conduct metal analysis characterization for potential customers.

· Identified a wide range of casting defects resulting in correct process evaluation and, thus, reject reduction and prevention.
· Designed various heat treatment processes for rework castings improving furnace availability by 40%.
· Performed various tests on research and development of new metals which met customer specifications plus cost-effective manufacturing.
