Customer representative for six(6) years. Quality Assurance Engineer, Source Quality assurance, to assure that vendor/manufacturer is shipping out quality products to the company that I represent. Act as a communication liason between the manufacturer and the company that I represent. Inspect finished products that it conforms to buyer standards for total customer satisfaction. Evaluate defects found to find the root cause and implement corrective actions to eliminate such defects. Monitor vendor/manufacturer work and rework processes that they conform to buyer instructions and requirements.
