· Ensures the integrity and superiority of the company’s SAP-HRIS (Human Resources Information System) by:
- Implementing employee movements (i.e. transfer/promotion).
- Implementing annual merit increase and other salary adjustments.
- Updating the company’s table of organization by utilizing the organizational management component of SAP-HR.
- Producing demographic reports as needed by management (i.e. total headcount per month by level, master file, etc.)

Integrated Management Processes in Action (Project Impact). Mapped Globe’s business requirements to SAP functionalities. Produced functional deliverables and documentation needed for organizational management and master data component of SAP. Documented issues and concerns during the HR “To-Be” process workshops. Identified and documented the Business and Organizational Impact of the “To-Be” processes of the Human Resources modules.
Employee Information Sheet (EIS). Supervised and ensured that the employee data being encoded has been updated and can be used for data migration into the new system.
Documentation of the companies HRIS specification. Documented the Human Resources Group’s technical specifications for release to different software vendors. Coordinated with HR department heads to define the specifications for each area. Analyzed current and future business requirements.
Vendor Software Evaluation. Evaluated, compared and analyzed the features of each software package as demonstrated by the different vendors.
Lipatan 98. Department team leader during the transfer of Globe Telecom from Makati City to its new head office located at Mandaluyong City. Conducted the inventory of all office equipment being relocated to its new work place.
