Qualification Test Plan Information System (QTPIS) is a web-based status tracking system where critical milestones of projects are outlined and tracked. It aims to standardize QTP execution that will lead to highly controllable and lower cycle time. It is a tool for that will enable establishing of controls on QTP projects execution. The system can track and outline all QTP projects through visual presentations using linear graphs and waterfall charts. It will monitor online all QTP’s showing if they are on schedule or delayed. I participated on this project by developing, designing page, coding and implement to all product engineers in Cypress. Features that I developed were the ff: 1. Creation, viewing, and update all QTP’s. 2. Project status is a waterfall chart where in list of projects could monitor online regarding their status. 3. Email automation means send an email to project owner to inform them that there were behind the schedule and it will elevate to their supervisor once they didn’t update their QTP’s. 2. Point of Sale (POS) Interface Modules – Two interface program created 1. Download program, which is downloading all items from LS10 system used by POS machine. 2. Upload program that is uploading all selling items into LS10 system.
3. Executive Information System Interface (EISI) – Created an interface program to downloaded this daily information from purchase order, stock available, VIP/Credit cards, sales (return and invoice), transfer items, employees, supplier payments and supplier account which are loading on their EIS system.
4. Business to Business (B2B) Interface – Created an interface program to downloaded this daily information from purchase order, sales (return and invoice), stock available and accounts payable which are loading on their B2B system.
5. Data Collection Interface – Created an interface program to downloaded and uploaded when user wants to use stock taking process or freezing items.
