9) Represents the President in consultation proceedings with students on tuition fee increases contemplated for the incoming school year.

Job Description:

(a) Administration Head (Expansion Group)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervise, direct, and control the day to day repair and maintenance work and activities.
• Conducts building inspections.
• Observes and reports building deficiencies, defects, wear and tear and takes corrective action where necessary.
• Creates and maintains accurate reports detailing building activities.
• Responds to emergencies.
• Predicts building needs based on usage.

• Work typically includes a variety of the following or equivalent duties: Replacing electrical receptacles, switches, fixtures, wires, and motors; using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings; repairing sinks, water coolers, and toilets; painting structures and equipment; repairing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks; replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles; hanging doors and installing door locks; replacing broken window panes; Wiring building accessories such as burglar alarm systems, air conditioners, and hot water heaters; installing basins, lavatories, and pipes; painting in confined or exposed areas; removing, constructing, and repairing walls and floors; and performing standard repairs to equipment and machinery.
