The 4 month course is based on traditional kitchen apprenticeship program in Switzerland, covers basics of culinary arts, ingredients familiarization, food preparation, cooking methods and techniques, soups, sauces, appetizers, dishes, desserts. Students of this course also enjoy food safety and kitchen sanitation, professional ethics, kitchen accounting, nutrition and diets.
