I dealt from irate and non-irate clients and I find it quite challenging to deal with them and educate them regarding their condition.
· Good listening skills (I developed this even during college years and applied it later in the clinics, for me to be able to effectively deal with patients/clients and then provide the appropriate solution to their concerns. Also in medical transcription, we listen to multiple medical dictations in a day then transform them into permanent medical records and that I should not only be able to understand the subject matter but must be able to decipher slang as well.
