1989 - Present. Allen Telecom Inc. R.F. Technician. (ISO 9001 Company)
89-91 Technician site management. Proficient in the tuning and final data of notch filters, duplexers, triplexers, bandpass filters, 16 channel combiners, PCS duplexers, and other similar devices using H/P network analyzers.
91-93 Started the companies first Just-in-Time manufacturing cell for tuning duplexers and triplexers
Mar-93 Manual and automatic testing, troubleshooting and repair of EAC products to include: Type II, Type IV, and EAC 2000 repeaters. Also trained in the testing and troubleshooting of the following ATG products. Microlites, Microfills, Borderprotecters, MDU's, and all other ATG wireless telecommunications products to include Smartcells and some experience with Cellcore switches. Handled the product transfer of three new products from the R&D phase to being actually manufacturable on the shop floor.

Responsible for all aspects of monthly production by being accountable for making sure that monthly schedules are completed in a timely, quality oriented fashion. Manning: reviewing each month's production needs and adjusting manpower to fit that month's productions needs providing annual reviews and assigning each individuals increases accordingly. All hiring and firing based on employees performance and company needs for any given month or performance situation that may arise. After contract fulfilled worked with Boeing antiskid devices, Chaff and flare dispensing systems, Captor mines, MK48 torpedo guidance systems, and tomahawk IR cruise missile guidance systems(DSMAC) Mk 30 mobile target systems. Also solely responsible RSGF remote site ground facility that controls the field launch of nuclear missiles while not being in the immediate area. Was also charged with developing and implementing a system in which all calibrated test equipment would be removed from the floor and delivered to the calibration lab in a fashion that satisfied all the requirements of DCASPRO and military specifications.
