Man and operate Train 1 and Train 2 Bagging from homogenizing silo to the palletizing unit
Ensure the availability of packaging materials such as rolls of PE bags, wooden pallets and jumbo bags
Perform the normal routine jobs such as checking and monitoring of parameters, filling up of logsheets, maintaining the area tools and consumables
Constantly coordinate with DCS Boardman in monitoring the reaction process
Coordinate with the forklift operator and ensure regular replenishment of the empty pallet magazine
Ensure auxiliary feedstocks an other utilities are in place and constantly monitored and maintained so as to avoid disruption of operation

Perform regular sampling of pellets as per WOI.
Execute any changes to be done during product change overs as per recipe and perform pre-checks, precommissioning and start up of operations of the different sub – units after clearing upsets and/or turn around
Maintain a safe working environment within the assigned area by ensuring strict compliance to company procedures and regulations
Communicate and provide in timely manner a complete and accurate hand-over information to the next shift to maintain continuity of operational and related activities
Practice good housekeeping habits as the area is prone to dirts when unattended
Participate, assist and contribute in staff meetings i.e. shift safety meeting, in the execution of programmes for business/organizational improvement, and towards enhancement of safety awareness and initiatives
Contribute in the continuous improvement in safety and plant performance by sharing information and ideas with the team
Back up the member of the emergency response team if and when emergency situations occur
Assist in training new recruits
