As Physical Therapist, the following Duties and Responsibilities are performed:
Ø Evaluation, Assessment, and Giving of Physical Therapy Management for old and new patients/clients;
Ø Develop and Implement Health Promotion Activities/exercises for patients/clients;
Ø Plan and Implement Programs such as therapeutic manipulation, massage, education, and the use of electro-therapeutic and other mechanical equipment;
Ø Treat clients/patients suffering from neurologic disorders, different muscle disorders, peripheral nerve injuries, joint dysfunctions, fractures, pulmonary and cardiac conditions;
Ø Perform emergency medical services as well as caregiving for geriatric/pediatric patients.
As Administrative Assistant, the following Duties and Responsibilities are performed:
Ø Answers telephone calls and queries; attends to visitors;
Ø Receives, records incoming files/documents, bring to personnel concerned; files and retrieves documents as needed;
Ø Encodes assigned documents;
Ø Deposits/withdraws funds per instruction;
Ø Talk to clients per instruction.
As Business Man, responsible for the following:
Ø Marketing & Procurement of Items for Sale;
Ø Inventory of Stocks Sold and Unsold, Monitoring Shelf-like;
Ø Merchandizing and Distribution
As Medical Transcriptionist, I am responsible for the following:
Ø Encoding medical records from different accounts.
Ø Transcribing medical information into a text form and submitting it to the clients.
Correction of the medical information received into a 100 % accuracy and maintaining it’s secrecy and privacy to anyone.
Ø Reaching the turn around time and giving the best medical text form to the client’s satisfaction.
