1. VSAT Networking Installation & Maintenance Support at India Satcom Ltd.

Title / Position: Coordinator - Customer Support services.
The project is to provide customer support services and solutions to all sectors of the Government and Private Organisations. Satellite based data communication network is implemented for the data collection and processing at the state and national capitals at NIC - District Collectorates and for this, VSAT provided by India Satcom Ltd.
As a Coordinator - CSS, my position requires extensive interaction with the users to
determine their requirements and to provide support after implementation.
Implimented & maintaining the satellite Money Order project for "Department of Post" in Maharashtra State (India) using VSATs and modems of Multitech & Motorola, for dial-up connectivity. Service support for IBM PCs & TVSE printers etc.
Flexible and uninterrupted telecom service. Interact with the customers to determine and maintain planned level of Quality Of Service.Worked on WAN related VSAT/Routers /X.25 /IP and other Equipments like Switches .
This tenure in " India satcom Ltd" provided me a very good exposure to the Wide area satellite networks and also good exposure to various systems like SCPC,CDMA, FTDMA, TDM/TDMA .
