* Assists Facility Manager with building renovations and help develop insights into situations as well as applying innovative solutions that make improvements.
* Alerts the Facility Manager to any building problems and suggest solutions as appropriate.
* Confers with outside suppliers to perform activities or supply materials necessary for department services.
* Develops and maintain operating budget and admin. records and prepares account expenditures of materials and equipment.

* Upholds high standards of cleanliness and implement detailed safety and maintenance plan in building operations.
* Reviewing of Meralco billings and water consumption monthly.
