· Development & restructuring of laminates for different end products keeping in view the barrier properties and shelf life of product constant.
· New product development & meet customer’s requirement for flexible packaging products.
· Trouble shooting and operation optimization i.e. increase performance & efficiency of machines for different combinations, especially solvent based & solvent less laminating machines.
· Handling customer complaints and trouble shooting of the customer packaging lines.
· Team member in the selection and erection of 3-layer Blown film extrusion and solvent based laminator.
