PROJECTS/ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1.0 Circuit designs of Helium Bombing/Pressurization System including panel and piping layout, setup and testing. This project eliminated the used of Krypton-85 isotopes in fine leak testing of microelectronic devices.
2.0 Conversion of Polaris Accu-weld sealers from rotary to single chuck workholder including design of circuit and workholder itself. This project minimized the frequently encountered excess movement of rotary table damaging both electrodes and guidepins. It further helped lessen the time consumed by operators in electrode setup and alignment.
3.0 Conversion of Ransco temperature cycle machine from analog to digital temperature controllers to provide and maintain precision temperature control on both hot and cold zones.
4.0 Major rehabilitation and circuit modification of mark cure and heatsoak ovens employing a precision overtemperature protection control with alarm to ensure fire safety and improved machine efficiency.
5.0 Appointed as shift-in charge to provide immediate support on production needs including planning, organizing, checking and communicating maintenance issues to maintenance supervisor.
