- Quality Assurance Systems for Minimal Processing in Selected Fruits and Vegetables (funded by the Dept. of Agriculture, Philippines)
2. Research and Development Assistant (Sept 02 to Mar 03. Also worked as a part-time Quality Assurance analyst and Food Microbiologist. Knowledgeable in GMP and HACCP planning, documentation and implementation.
