Accounting

● Monitor/Update bank balance of our savings, current and
Maintained bank balance list.
● Record daily cash flow, such as petty cash and cash
● Disbursement transactions.
● Prepare monthly financial statements, i.e. income statement, balance and check disbursement summary
● Check cash advance liquidation and monitor cash flow and
● Handle daily cash and petty cash disbursement.
● Schedule payment of all payable, prepare sales invoices,
Checks requisition for approval and for signature and release.

Secretarial

● Prepare business correspondence and co-ordinate with all staff regarding our Officer’s and Presidents instructions.
● Distribute all mails and faxes and any other business
Correspondence.
● Does hotel and airlines reservations.
● Draft business correspondence. Prepared all documents for signature.
● Attend to personal errands for the CEO.
● Receive and screens all incoming phone calls and visitors.
