Oct. 2000 to Feb. 2001: MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS MANAGER – ASE PHILS.
In charge of the overall Manufacturing Operations of the Assembly Plant in the Philippines. ASE (Advance Semiconductor Engineering) Corporation is considered the second largest semiconductor subcontractor in the world.
1997 to Present : OWNER & GM of YFC COMPUTER SYSTEMS PLUS
Owned and operated the company which provides affordable computing solutions and services to SOHO (small offices/home offices) and individuals in South of Metro Manila, Philippines. Services includes Sales, Rentals, Repairs, Upgrade and Maintenance of Personal Computers. The company also assembles PC and provides internet connections thru our partner ISPs.
May 1984 to 1996 : DEPARTMENT MANAGER of INTEL PHILIPPINES Mfg. Inc.
Held various positions in Plant Operations as Manufacturing Manager from May 1984 to July 1989 in charge of all production operations in the Assembly plant; as Subcon Operations Manager from August 1989 to November 1990 in charge of the sites subcontracting activities inclusive of production and process engineering; as Process and Equipment Engineering Manager from December 1990 to January 1991 for all assembly and test operations; as Assembly Plant Operations Manager from February 1992 to December 1992 in charge of all production, equipment and process engineering of our front line operations; and from Jan.1993, as Manufacturing Engineering Manager in charge of defining and transforming the whole factory towards our vision of being a world class factory competitive in the year 2000 working in Operational Systems/Industrial Engineering and Information Systems and Technology. The undersigned resigned after 21 years of service to concentrate on the Youth Ministry of the Couples For Christ in evangelizing youths from different parts of the country and later on formed a small computer company YFC Computer Systems Plus to keep abreast with the technology.

In charge of assembly of front of line hermetics products and later to end of line of both plastics and hermetics dips products. Move up to be the overall in charge of all Plastics production section in April 1978.
