-Inspect and check pre-alignment of Rotating Equipment using Rim & Face and Reverse method and see to it that required. Actual tolerance is meet before grouting is done.
-Supervise and plan the daily routine work of rotating equipment preservation in all plant area.
-Inspect and final alignments of rotating equipment and see to that require Specification are meet
-Internal inspection of vessel, Tower, and Tanks based on manufacturers requirement and before final box-up.
-Checked / verify if the equipment are stored and preserved on the project under the contract of client or their Sub- contractor.
-Checked / verify material, dimension and fit-up requirement assembly
-Prepare non-conformance report for all non-conformities
-Prepare all (RFI) requests for inspection carried out by inspectors
-Prepare documents and other accomplishment report.
-Perform motor no load test runs of pumps
-Measure insulation resistance of every motor in the project
-System punch listing
-Submit updated report to QA/QC Manager every week
-Submit updated report to mechanical superintendent daily preservation of rotating equipment
